Alpha processing: a processing technology that enhances functionality such as strength improvement while maintaining shape and dimensions.
[Free Initial Test Campaign] Improved durability, fatigue strength, and sliding properties! Capable of handling precision machining tools and precision parts due to excellent shape retention!
Alpha processing (patented) is a blasting process that uses extremely fine abrasives. Since it uses very fine abrasives, it achieves shape and dimensional maintenance. Furthermore, it successfully forms a fine surface shape known as "microtexture," which surpasses conventional technology, and a fine crystalline structure called "nanocrystals" due to a special peening effect. As a result, this treatment enhances "durability, fatigue strength, and sliding properties." It is suitable for maintaining areas such as: - Precision machining tools - Edges of punching tools - Fine shapes and dimensional tolerances of precision gears - Thin films like coatings Since it improves the surface condition of the workpiece itself, there is no concern about peeling like with coatings, and it does not involve adding other components like lubricants. Therefore, it can be used in manufacturing environments such as food factories and pharmaceutical plants where contamination with impurities is not allowed. 【Features】 - Sliding and anti-adhesion properties due to microtexture - Increased fatigue strength and hardness through nanocrystallization - Adaptability to various materials and fine areas A free initial test campaign is also underway!
